The Marigold Mile was honored that Mary Beth Nienhaus sponsored the Mile with a matching grant. Mary Beth’s generosity and support of The Marigold Mile made an impact by allowing us to continue to plant marigolds along the Mile while expanding our reach to other streets in Appleton.
About Mary Beth Nienhaus
Mary Beth Nienhaus, is an Appleton native and has lived here all her life. As an educator, she understands the importance of community and the need to continue to learn. Mary Beth taught for 30 years, at Kaukauna High School and Appleton West High School helping your kids reach their full potential.
Mary Beth has a passion for golf and has been a LPGA Master Life golf professional for over 50 years. She used that love for the game, as an owner, manager, and golf professional at the Winagamie Golf Course for over 40 years.
When you can’t find her on the golf course, you’ll find her living her faith within the Appleton community. As a long time member of Sacred Hear Parish, she strives to give back the community she loves so much.
